Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Your card details are required to secure each booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Additionally, failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the appointment value. If client no shows they will be blocked from rebooking.

To avoid this, kindly inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via phone, messages or instagram direct messages @thebeautyfixbyt.

Refunds Policy
At The Beauty Fix by T, we operate under a no-refund policy for services rendered. If you have any concerns regarding the services provided, please contact us within the first 24 to 48 hours after your appointment. We prioritize customer satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

Eyelash Extensions

Infills booked after 4 weeks will be charged for a full set. If you have any uncertainty about lash availability, please notify us in advance to discuss.

Service Quality and Variability

It's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and certain services may produce different outcomes among clients. For instance, a Lash botox lift may not meet desired expectations due to natural lash characteristics, or a brow tint may exhibit variability in shade or duration. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee uniform results and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Late Arrival Policy
If you anticipate being late, please notify us promptly via phone, text message, or Instagram DM. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more may necessitate cancellation to maintain our schedule and accommodate other clients. In such cases, a fee equal to 50% of the appointment value will be require.
